Especially when it comes to construction, people want to feel confident that they have chosen the best company to do the job for them.  Make sure they feel comfortable by employing friendly salespeople and workers. 

Customer satisfaction is ultra important, especially in this industry because members of your staff will be working in someone’s home.  For most people, home is a very private and personal place and it can be uncomfortable to have a complete stranger working in their house.  For this reason, it is imperative that your employees act with the utmost responsibility and care for personal space and belongings.

Another tip is to include a “comment or complaint” line somewhere with your contact information.  Consumers will feel comfortable knowing that there is someone who cares if they are unsatisfied at any time during their construction project.
